FiveWorks offers a tool called Impulse Marketing Manager (IMM) to give out discount coupons directly to peoples' mobile phones. Potential customers will be addressed via TV programs, press or radio and told by sending in a text message, they can order their personal bargain coupon. As a reply, they will be given a URL and a personal token, enabling them to take part in a certain bargain sale.
